Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to service engagements and online payments made to TECHBILLION SERVICE AND TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.

Service Engagements

Software projects are billed per the milestones agreed in your proposal or contract. If you wish to cancel an ongoing engagement, please notify us in writing; you will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Advance Payments

Advance/booking amounts paid against a project are adjustable to work delivered. Refunds, where applicable, are processed for the un-utilised portion after deducting work performed and third-party costs.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
